IN order to achieve extraordinary success you need to behave extraordinarily. How often does it happen that people who possess great talents are forced to choose generic career paths and lead an ordinary life; especially in our country where people will shower non sense comments while you practice on creating something you love.

In my college life I have learnt this lesson that the one who is active in extra curricular activities or anything that he excels in; he's always commented upon by a certain group of people.

If you get influenced by such meaningless comments and stop doing what you love; because of you getting so cautious about the whole scenario is not only ridiculous but also an encouragement to each and every person who stops people from reaching to the top because they themselves couldn't do it.

Your talents, your ideas are precious blessings and gifts from God, Don't dump them because of some meaningless jokes being cracked on you. Remember when people talk about you or are jealous of you , it means that at some point of time you took a stand for something you believed in and its worth it!

HONESTLY.... I had thought of writing about something else today. Same motivational stuff and things to increase your optimistic and opportunistic level.

BUT.... right now I watched something on TV that made me write something that everyone in the entire world not only needs to know, but should abide by.

EVE-TEASING.... One of the most under-rated and ignored crimes in today's world. Unfortunately, in our country and in the capital alone, the cases are increasing day by day at a rate of 3.5%. We go through so many posts on facebook, twitter, tumblr, etc. about stopping eve teasing and start respecting woman but do we actually do it?.

This post is not for getting the maximum page views or getting people to follow my writings. It's a necessity that needs to fit in the narrow minded little brains of those people today who say "Ladka jawaan hai Ladki nahi chedhega to aur kya karega". "INSTEAD OF TEACHING YOUR DAUGHTER WHAT TO AND WHAT NOT TO WEAR TEACH YOUR SON HOW TO BEHAVE AND RESPECT WOMEN".

If you like someone and get attracted to a woman who just entered the metro... It's normal, everybody loves beauty and complementing a woman is not a bad habit.... But there's a decency and a way in doing so. Touching a woman without her permission should lead straight to police station and Oh! wait.... Did I say police station? I'm so sorry we live in a country where a girl is asked "Where did the guy touch you when he was misbehaving?" and stuff like "Stop wearing short dresses and going to pubs and discs.... They're not meant for you". Respected people, pubs and discs offer free entry to women for a REASON, A BIG DAMN REASON!

It's a request to all my readers Kindly raise your voice when you witness such an act.... The next girl could be your wife, your daughter, your girlfriend, your sister,etc. Ladies try and discuss such incidents with someone whom you know can take a stand for you. Because if you'll be afraid of them, they'll consider it an encouragement!Or you can download the "Vith U" app or call on various women helpline numbers.

"IF YOU HELP ENOUGH PEOPLE GET WHAT THEY WANT.... YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU WANT"

HELP.... is something we all need at some point of some time; be it from your father to get that pocket money(which gets diminished in a flash /blur), from your mother to clean your room or even from a stranger to pull you up to board a running train(Yeah Bollywood Baby ;))

IT takes little effort to help an old lady cross the road, lend your seat to a lady or to someone who needs it more than you. Helping others will help you become a better person.... and remember when you help someone, somebody some day will help you out from a very tough situation.

THE Almighty above keeps a track of each and everything you do, be it a good deed or a bad one.... and helping others is probably the noblest trait one can possess.

WHILE.... at the same time beware of people who take you for granted and in the times of need, use you. If helping them doesn't take anything from you.... Go ahead and help these thankless bastards /wahaha until, if they do realize how adorable and kind you are.

YOU call it fate, you call it destiny, you call it luck, or you call it fortune.... It's something that creeps into your head at least once in an hour. The higher power which is at work that we call as "GOD" takes care of your fate and believe it or not.... It's for your best to not worry about it, He does what He has to do and it's for extracting out the best in you.

KARMA is something that is in your hands and FATE well, your KARMA creates your FATE.... Rightly described in the Bhagvat Gita as well, "A Karma Yogi performs action by body, mind, intellect, and senses without attachment, only for self-purification".

SO do your work, give your 100% and you will be rewarded, if not today then tomorrow. Even if you fail, it's a reward because the next time you do it, you'll feel less anxious and more confident in doing it. Failure is progress in every sense of the word as whenever you fail, you gain something from it. Take out the best in you and don't worry about the reward, it'll eventually come to you in due time.

GRATITUDE.... a sense of being thankful to nature, the people around you, the higher power at work and of course returning kindness to Life :)

HAPPINESS is directly proportional to gratitude. The more kind, the more thankful and the more encouraging you are, the more people will like you, they'll admire you for your persona, your character and for whatever you achieve in life.

IN the words of Robin Sharma(Author: The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari) : "Greatness loves Gratitude".

ADMIRE each and every sip of coffee you take, each and every bit of food you're offered, thank your parents for giving you life and Thank God for each and every day he brings new challenges and situations to you.

When you thank people, it gives them immense happiness because their work, their kindness towards you is acknowledged. "Friendship mein No Sorry No Thank You" is a trend which has always been followed but give that chap a treat or do something to bring a smile on your pal's face. Because the more smiles you receive, the Greater you become.

NOW .... This post is a reply to one of my dear friend's request of defining inner peace and success.... Actually Success to me is quite different from materialistic success.

WHEN you achieve something like a position, a designation, a promotion,etc we call it materialistic success. But, if you don't become a better person instead start taking pride on your achievements and thinking everybody else is in no way better than you.... You can never be called "Successful".

SUCCESS is when you become a better person, the more you achieve, the more humble you become. The character you build, the "INNER PEACE" you get that is true SUCCESS!

INNER PEACE is a result of attaining true SUCCESS I defined in the above line. When you accept the fact that whatever you have achieved in life is enough for you, the person you've become is someone you had always wanted to become, not the number of trophies, promotions you got.

EVEN an old beggar can attain inner peace once he has been satisfied that all that he earned was good enough to satisfy his needs and not his wants. A Successful person focuses on his needs and once his needs are satisfied he's contented. Materialistic achievements do not matter to him, what matters to him is that he has achieved the best he could and is satisfied with it.A wise man once said "If the ingredients for happiness are not within a person, no material success or entertainment or platinum credit cards can make that person smile" 

Just to mention,I write what I believe in.... You may agree with me or you may not. However I do not wish to offend anybody through my writings it's just how I look at Life. ;)

LIFE.... can be funny,it can be tricky, sometimes its a bed of roses and sometimes a scorching hot path to walk.

THE ultimate goal of life is peace, believe me it's not being a business tycoon, not building the best restaurant in town and not buying that automobile you've been dreaming of since you started watching the Fast & Furious series.

PEACE comes from being satisfied, happy and contented with your present scenario without thinking about the pains of the past and the uncertainties of the future.(IT'S CHALLENGING AS HELL THOUGH /blur).But, when you're at mental peace , you can take better decisions, stay calm in each and every situation or problem that life throws at you, deliver outstanding results and ride on unimaginable success that can only be dreamt of.

IN order to attain mental peace, one of the best ways is meditation when you can actually self explore yourself, going on a travel helps you to discover the inner "you" that's been hiding, meeting everybody with a smile on your face, spreading happiness to one and all gives you and others an enchanting feeling of satisfaction. Try and say "Hi" to that guy who lives across the hall whom you see everyday but never talk to; start a conversation, get to know him and believe me that'll bring you peace. That peace is inexpressible(NOT BECAUSE THE GUY'S CUTE LADIES /no).

Lets see what the Pot no.10 has to say:-

SOME days are bad.... Few are worse.... and well , the day each and every step you take gets hindered,deals are cancelled,you enter to take a shower and the water runs out(YEAH THAT HURTS /no) is probably the worst.

REMEMBER, in order to achieve something big, you should never ever stop trying,try hard Didn't work? try harder, didn't work? Keep trying until you achieve what you know is yours already....

THE hard times.... they come for a reason just like the night comes before a bright shiny,sunny,lovely and magnificent morning :) Don't loose your cool, gather your courage and keep moving.... You'll reach there. ;)

Honestly.... I was in a bit of a mess today so yeah.... I'm late but not absent /nobigdeal

SACRIFICES.... are something that many of us need to do in life at some point in time.... These include love,dreams,passions,jobs,etc.

IN order to become successful,you need to make that sacrifice from the one thing that holds you back.It could be your laziness,it could be a person,it could be an excuse, it could be anything.
Get off your BUTT(this time I'm actually talking about the noun /wahaha), and do it.

BUT(Okay Its the verb now :D),you can never afford to sacrifice your Dreams,your Passions because they are the ones that define you.

SACRIFICE your comfort zone, sacrifice your sleep, sacrifice your Laziness(Includes Sleep again /blur). In a recent study(YES IT HAPPENED BELIEVE ME), people sitting at homes and offices in their comfort zones who have otherwise brilliant ideas in their heads are actually at more risk than the ones who fail in their entrepreneurial dreams.Reason: When you fail.... you PROGRESS :)

WINNING.... is definitely a brilliant feeling not only because it makes you happy and gives you the fruit of your hard work and labour, but here's a fact I would like to share coz its my personal experience.... "LOVING your work,your job is far more important than just winning the competition".... Now that's a bit of a controversial topic but believe me that's what happens.

LET your dream of winning be the background of your work, but don't let your focus shift from giving your best efforts... to daydreaming about that JAGUAR you saw in the Mall yesterday(HAYYE JAGUAR /please). If you put all that energy or best way is to shift that dreaming energy to your current efforts towards your goal, you'll definitely get your dream house,car,bike,etc

THE reason why I always insist to pursue your passion is that no matter even if you fail You know that's the best you did and you can do better than that at anytime(COZ BRO YOU'RE A PRO AT IT /nobigdeal).

SO go ahead and pursue your passion because if you love your work....Success is inevitable ;) :)

MAN.... I wish it was possible to use your laptop in the rain especially when it's after the rising temperatures and the dreadfully hot weather /sweat. As I came running towards the library with my umbrella being the center of vision for everybody around(coz BITCH I AM FAMOUS HERE /wahaha) and it's not everyday they see me with an umbrella(ALTHOUGH IT DOES LOOK WEIRD :( especially when it's not a devastating fall but Dude you need to take care of that Laptop of your's coz its "POORE HOTE VAADE-HP :P").

AWARENESS.... In today's world is one of the most important aspects to be in the chase for success.
Each and everyday in the world,an opportunity comes for you,but most of them are lost and by the time you realize.... "O GOD I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN" your friend posts about his experience on that opportunity(THAT LITERALLY KILLS MAN /floor ).

SO, the thing is how to be aware of stuff around you?
It's simple.... you just need to talk more and more about what you want in life,your passions,your dreams,etc. to those who are close to you and those whom you can trust that they can help you reach your goals.

BE YOUR OWN GUIDE.... and to do this you just need "Google" these days. The internet is what you make of it.By the way just experienced a fantastic JustDial service because they really help you become aware of what you want-Instant Request,Instant Call for Service. Now that's a good customer experience :D.

FUNNY.... it is how destiny plays with us but yes in reference to my previous post http://shivmoya.blogspot.in/2015/06/post-no.html I believe everything happens for the best possible reason....

AN example of this(and a very common one) can be the phase of your life when you go through your counselling i.e. you sit in a fucked up room(at least that's what I experienced :P) waiting for your turn to get in and choose the college of your choice. After getting the college sometimes you regret that Man was I drunk when I chose this piece of shit but hey no matter what you feel, no matter how much your "TOPPER"(read govt. college Student who "thinks" his life is set just because he studies at a place where govt. finance is involved<no offence though>) friend,your "BAAJU WALE SHARMA JI"<Man that guy's famous for no reason I wonder :D>,etc make you realize how bad a choice you've made in life, Believe me(coz I've experienced the same), your life will be awesome only when you'll do stuff in college and when you'll have experiences that'll make you dynamic as hell and a person whom everybody admires(TRANSLATION: CHIC MAGNET :P :D).

WE curse our destiny so much for a simple reason that things didn't turn out the way they should have for us.... Come on that's Life, Nature has better plans for you that's why you didn't get selected for that job you applied for last week. Everything happens for a FUCKING AWESOME REASON!<HELL YEAH ;)>

EXPERIENCES.... Good or Bad make you the person you are destined to become.... And yes, the worse the experience the stronger version of you reveals himself in the future. :)

IT is tough to go through the bad experiences but trust me if you are a Steve Jobs fan and have heard his commencement speech at Stanford.... YOu know their importance as he says "The experiences or circumstances you are going through right now do not make you realize their importance at that instant But when you reach at a succesful phase in your life.....YOU look back and connect the dots and realize you had to be in that mess to get upto here :)"

ALRIGHT.... So its the Third Post,your responses are appreciated and I'm glad my work is helping a few people in some or the other way(YEAH BABY!!! I KNEW I''L NAIL IT B-) )

ANYWAYS.... As down to earth I am I won't boast about my work now :P although honestly it's just a start and hopefully its going to go a long way. And well by the way today's subject of the Pot is a bit controversial because i know that we all know this but what we also that we pretend to not know what we already know..... Now that's a lot of knows altogether :D

DO WHAT YOU LOVE this is what every motivational speaker speaks, every education related movie projects and every idol parent wants their child to do(which unfortunately are pretty less).
So, before you decide to do what you love You have to discover:-

WHAT DO I ACTUALLY LOVE?HOW CAN I IDENTIFY WHAT'S MY PASSION?

The answer to this is "Anything that makes you feel lost(in positive sense obviously not absent minded :P),intoxicated(not the alcohol RETARDS :P),spellbound and fills you with abundant Adrenaline". If you come across something that you love doing you would want to work more and more towards it. You yourself would extend your working hours cause hey you love your Job :)

RISK.... is what stops us,our parents and yes our "Baaju wale Sharma Ji" to make conservative choices like get a job,get married, have 2 kids and then die peacefully(yeah that's what illusion looks like :P)!! But you know what if you don't love your job or do what you don't like you'll pose your frustrations on  others and more importantly FAIL. Do you want yourself to lie on your death bed and think "Life could've been better"? NO if you know that you'll fail in doing what you don't want You better as well take a Chance on doing what you LOVE!!!!

Now, today's Pot will contain probably the most important message that I want our Indian Society to realize 'cause Doctors and Engineers are NOT the only once who succeed(Hahaha Yeah come on I can't mention the backlogs in B.Tech here or the abundant Engineering & Medical failures :D).
Parents....Let your child decide what he/she loves because your true happiness lies in theirs.Kids & my fellow youngsters.... Don't think much, JUST DO IT(Yeah I just love NIKE ;) ) and don't worry about the money you'll make with your passion.... You are best at what you are doing Man!!! You'll obviously attract the resources that will make you earn way more than you could imagine + Hey what's more important than  happiness and peace in life :)

MISTAKES.... are inevitable errors that people like you,me and all others make in their day to day life ranging from overheating a delicious meal(now that's a crime for foodies like me :P) to loosing your ATM Cards(man that hurts :'(). Anyways ,so what really happens from making mistakes is that you are accused,punished,humiliated,embarrassed,etc and regret is what you are left with....

FORGIVENESS gives both the "defaulter" and the "magnanimous" peace which we all know is the ultimate GOAL of life.HEY! But there is a big but(verb not the noun :P) as to why should a person be forgiven when he has done a big crime even if it was by mistake.

WELL, in that case the Almighty above or what i call NATURE takes care of such people.Practically speaking make the one who commits the mistake realize what he/she has done but forgive them 'cause they didn't do it intentionally(Although KICK their ass if they forgot to get your phone recharged<NO JOKES :P >)

LIFE.... In its own way is a book whose each page has a different story, a new lesson, a new experience, a new challenge, a new opportunity & well a distinguished "Life" in its own way.

Now, let me tell you I'm not a professional writer or pretty good at this stuff('coz I'm awesome Haha :D :D) but yes just an idea of writing a daily blog is not so bad especially when you read a MensXp article on why writing stuff or penning your thoughts makes you feel better(Not sure if such an article exists on it now, though :P)

IN this blog I'd put my daily thoughts in a (what i proudly name as) POT OF THOUGHT.... These thoughts(1 each day) would be based on my day to day life experiences or the lessons that I learn daily.
OH Yeah The guy at the backbench just commented "OHHH WE HAVE A PHILOSOPHER :P" So yeah on that one I'd just say "Sadly, I don't have enough FUCKS to give bro(Angel head) so Hey anyways thanks for the comment" and yes my Computer Science Professor used to tell me "there are marks reserved for comments"<NON CS GUYS DON'T EVEN TRY :D> so Congo you just got 2 marks for that one!"

NEVERTHELESS the objective of this blog would be daily motivating the readers in the smallest possible ways I can. ;)
